Question…for the fights this saturday, November 14, do I need to pick up tickets beforehand or will there be enough room to just show up on Saturday and watch the fight. I am a players club member….thanks

The Pacquiao vs. Cotto pay per view fight on Saturday, 11/14, will be shown live on the big screen in our Showroom starting at 6pm. Tickets are available at the door only (no presale tickets) and are only $5 with your Colusa Rewards Club card or $10 without (sign up at the Club and save $5!). It should be a great fight so join us for the fun!

Dang! I never got a chance to use the Sept $25 coupon and was hoping you’d have another one in Oct! That was a smart promo, especially with high gas prices. How about another chance?? I love Colusa, and even though I live near Cache Creek, I’d rather come to Colusa. It’s much quieter, friendlier, a lovely drive and I just feel more welcome! Hard to explain. But the drive is about an hour from Winters. Please, another chance?? thanks

Good morning! Thank you for the compliments, we do our best to provide a welcoming and fun atmosphere for every one of our guests! We’re sorry you weren’t able to stop by for a visit and use your September $25 email coupon but please rest assured, we will send out another one for the end of October. Your new website is not user friendly as you state. Those of us who live here in Colusa visit want information about upcoming events and who is playing at Jack’s dates and times etc..

Please know that our goal is and always has been to provide you with a website that is user-friendly and which contains relevant information about everything we have going on here at Colusa Casino Resort. We continually review our progress and strive to deliver what our guests want.

To address your concerns I would like to invite you to click on any of the scrolling banners you’ll find on the home page—these banners advertise the current and upcoming promotions, entertainment and events, and clicking on them will provide the pertinent details for each one. You can also click on the Calendar located on the left side of the home page (you have the option to view by “week” or “month”) and then select from your choice of categories to view (Entertainment, Gaming, Bingo, etc.) Each item listed on the calendar can be “clicked on” to provide more details. Another option is to click the “Promotions” link at the top right of any of our pages or the “Promotions and Events” link at the bottom of any of our pages—these will also take you to the calendar of events. You may also click on any of the banner images on any of the web pages and the pertinent information will be displayed.

Thank you for your feedback, please allow me to be of some assitance in finding the information you’re looking for. You will find the monthly Bingo schedule and pricing by clicking on “Gaming” (near the top left of our home page) and then scrolling down to the “Bingo” section—for August it is titled “August 2009 Calendar Flyer” (our September schedule will be posted shortly). You will always be able to find your Bingo information in this location.

Regarding our 10th Anniversary of gaming and 23rd Anniversary of high stakes Bingo you can find information by clicking on the “10th Anniversary” or “Big Summer Blowout” banners that scroll across our home page. You may also look for these same banners along the sides and bottoms of our other pages, and you can click on any banner at any time to find out more information.

Your website does not display the monthly bingo schedule. I am unable to determine which I day I would like to come in and play because I cannot access the bingo prices for each session.

Also, your site advertise the 10th Anniversary of Gaming and 23rd Anniversary of High Stakes Bingo> Iplay every year, but I might nt play this year becuse I cannot view ANYTHING about the date or prices.

This is very disappointing!
