Colusa Casino Resort launches a brand new website!
Everyone here at Colusa Casino Resort is excited about our new website created by Denver-based marketing firm G.A. Wright Marketing. We’re confident that our guests will find our new home on the Internet at www.colusacasino.com much more welcoming, user-friendly and helpful.
G.A. Wright has created a brand new look for us along with lots of new content to give guests a whole new interactive Colusa experience. The new site highlights the unique features of our property and shows that Colusa Casino Resort is both an ideal choice for Northern California weekend getaways and a great place to just spend the day.
Specifically, our new website is focused on the players. Along with navigation that’s much more intuitive and easy to use, we’ve added lots of local winners and used our employees as models, giving the site a much more local feel. Ultimately our customers will be able to find out more about the latest activities and events at Colusa with just a few clicks. We've even made a special site featuring our beautiful resort hotel and its amenities.
Soon guests will also be able to book hotel rooms online, helping to turn casual browsers into future overnight guests. Guests can also take a virtual tour, read blogs like the one you’re reading now and find out about important community dates on the new site. We’ve also added all of our bingo information and all of the current menus from our restaurants.
Most importantly, the new website will also give guests an opportunity to give us feedback through this blog and instant messenger. The instant messenger will allow guests to speak with a live representative from the casino and ask questions about upcoming promotions and events.

Where is the bingo
schedule on your web site for Oct. It is now the 28th of Sept. You still have the Aug. schedule, why? This is a nicely designed web site, but it is not up to date therefore of little value for someone planning a trip to the casino.
Good morning! Due to some promotional details being negotiated the October Bingo schedule wasn’t finalized until yesterday, and it was immediately posted once available. We apologize for the delay in getting it posted but you may now find it in the Bingo section of our Gaming page. The employee t-shirts look comfortable but they all look like customers; not someone we’d call to assist us on the floor.
I couldn’t find anything about your Poker Room. I played in your Poker Room before, but it seems like you don’t have it no more. Your site doesn’t say nothing about your poker room.
Anyway, if you still have the poker room open, I will sugget you to put a little info to let your customer know.

There is no longer a Poker “Room”, however poker is still at Colusa Casino Resort! You will find in located next to the card pit in the center of the casino.
Your entertainer in Jack’s Lounge during the week is first class and a true professional! Will Kiefer played every request we asked of him: The Eagles, Stevie Ray Vaughn, even Hank Williams. His banjo work is awesome and he plays a mean blues guitar. Thank you for having him for us and please bring him back often.
We’re coming through your area again in September - will Will Kiefer be playing there again? If so, could you please show his dates on your entertainment calendar? (We noticed his name listed on the upcoming public safety show, I’m guessing he’s back there?) Thanks!

Thank you for your interest—Will Kiefer IS back by very popular demand and will be a regular performer at Colusa Casino Resort throughout the Fall. In addition to our free concert for ‘A Tribute to Public Safety’ on Patriot’s Day (Sept 10th) I am happy to tell you that he’ll be performing 4 nights a week in Jack’s Lounge & Grille. You can see him on Sundays from 9pm - 1am and on Monday through Wednesday from 7pm - 11pm. Please note that the Sunday and Monday starting times are “fluid” in that his show will begin immediately following the nationally televised football games. We look forward to seeing you soon and we wish you happy and safe travels!
Also, thanks for inputing his schedule on your entertainment calendar - that helps us plan our visit even more, plus we can tell our friends in Sac’to when they can catch the shows you offer.

This new web site is not user friendly. Why can’t you just make it simple and and stop with the new technology. All I want to see is the new/whole bingo schedule not a bunch of graphics.

Thank you for your feedback, I apologize that your initial visit to our brand new website wasn’t as productive as you had hoped but we did make sure to address that as fast as we possibly could. You can find all the same Bingo information you’ve always had by clicking on the “Gaming” link at the top of one of the pages, scrolling down to the Bingo section and then clicking on the “July 2009 Calendar Flyer”. You may also click on any of the graphics banners to get more information on that particular promo or event.

We spent the night at the resort and had a wonderful time. The thing that impressed us most was how friendly the staff are. The first person we met was a security guard who was very helpful and friendly. We then discovered that all the staff we came across were the same way, polite, cheerful and helpful. We’ll be back!! colusa casino resort rules!
I was just scrolling through this new website and I thought that it was really cool. I like this one a lot better than the old one. I like the fact that there are pictures of employees that everyone knows. I think that it feels friendlier this way. Make sure to take a look around and see if you know anyone.
