Colusa Casino Resort Employment Opportunities (By Department)

Accounting Department
 

*Controller: Under the supervision and direction of the Chief Finanical Officer, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the financial functions of the Resort, including but but not limited to to generation of financial statements, operational analysis and processing of A/P, A/R, payroll, audit and preparation of annual budget.

*Cage Supevisor: Assists the Cage Vault Manager with the safe and efficient operation of the cashier cage and the daily administration of normal supervisory duties including, but not limited to, maintenance, training, assure good customer service and protection of the Casino bankroll.

*Bingo Manager: Responsible for the ongoing operations and financial performance of the Bingo department. Additionally responsible for the coordinator and direction of the bussing program.

Environmental Services

 *EVS Technician (PT):   Responsible for all aspects of cleanliness and maintenance of an assigned area in the Casino. This includes restrooms, the Bingo Hall, and all other training and office areas, as well as all food outlets. This positions requires the ability to work in a noisy and smoke filled environment for long periods of time. Must be able to greet and assist guests as needed while working on the Casino floor. Must possess a willingness to be extremely flexible in the ever-changing Casino environment. This will include temporary shift changes to meet the needs of the Casino.

Facilities

*Director of Facilities: Plans, drafts and schedules all construction repairs, additions and new structures for approval by Management. Coordinates and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Assures maintenance of the structural, electrical, and overall integrity of the facility, outbuildings, and grounds by scheduling work to be performed and training crew members in safe performance of tasks.

*Facilities Technician: Maintains the structural, electrical, and overall integrity of the facility and outbuildings. Duties may include repair, maintenance or new construction involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and concrete or HVAC equipment.

Food & Beverage

*Food & Beverage Supervisor: Responsible for the overall operations of customer service for restaurant facilities.

*Server: Coordinate entire server station and communicate with front and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds the guest expectations. Promote good customer relations

*Cook: Prepare menu items accordance with established procedures, methods of preparation, and adherence to menu specifications. Prepares food orders according to guest check instructions. Attention to quality and presentation at all times.

 *Bartender: Responsible for ensuring positive guest experience, set-up, maintenance, and operation of the bar. Utilizes computer system to reconcile customer bills and payments. Responsible for end-of-shift reconciliation.

*Human Resources Clerk (part time): Assists the Colusa Casino Resort Trainer with filing and tracking of completed training courses, maintains materials for Human Resources Department, assists with data entry projects, covers phones and takes messages.

Slot Operations

Slot Attendant (FT/PT): Responsible for providing outstanding guest service on the Casino floor and attending to the needs of our guests. Repairs small technical problems with the slot machines, that can be quickly remedied, so that the guest can continue with an enjoyable gaming experience.
